3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use the Services provided by tg774, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. tg774 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age. tg774 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of Account registration and when accessing the Platform. The Services offered by tg774 are intended exclusively for residents of the Philippines and are not available to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws.

3.3 Capacity and Authority

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal disability, bankruptcy proceeding, or other condition that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or fulfilling your obligations hereunder.

3.4 Exclusion Status

You must not be currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program, banned from gaming establishments, or otherwise prohibited from participating in gaming activities by PAGCOR, court order, or any other regulatory authority. You acknowledge that if you have previously self-excluded from tg774 or any other gaming platform, you must not attempt to circumvent such exclusion by creating a new Account.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Account Creation

To access most features of the tg774 Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and other data as specified in the registration form. You agree to provide truthful information and acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account termination and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You agree to immediately notify tg774 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. tg774 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with tg774. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using different personal information, email addresses, or identification documents, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. tg774 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Upon discovery of multiple Accounts, tg774 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all wagers and winnings, and confiscate all funds.

4.4 Account Verification

tg774 is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and any other documentation reasonably requested by tg774 to verify your identity and comply with regulatory obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tg774 accepts deposits through various payment methods approved for use in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine financial institutions, and such other methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must originate from financial accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. tg774 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at its sole discretion for security, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes.

5.3 Fees and Currency

tg774 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. All transactions on the tg774 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processors, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by you.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and Account verification procedures. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account from which deposits were made, unless otherwise approved by tg774 for legitimate reasons. This policy is mandated by anti-money laundering regulations.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

tg774 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and must be read and accepted before claiming any bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. tg774 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close Accounts if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to clear bonuses without genuine gaming activity, or otherwise acting in bad faith to exploit promotional offers.

8. Gaming Rules and Conduct

8.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the tg774 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment operated by trained professionals. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance (for games of chance) or by the rules of the game (for games of skill). tg774 does not and cannot influence game outcomes. Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or gain an unfair advantage over the gaming system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to disguise your location;
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate illicit financial transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or tg774 staff members.

8.3 Betting Limits

tg774 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum betting limits on all games and betting markets. These limits may vary by game type, User Account status, and other factors. tg774 further reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager that, in our judgment, poses excessive risk or appears to violate these Terms and Conditions.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the tg774 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and compilations, is the exclusive property of tg774 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of tg774.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, tg774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot reach a mutually agreeable resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.

12. Account Termination

tg774 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to tg774, other Users, or the integrity of our Services. Upon termination, you will forfeit all bonuses and winnings obtained in violation of these Terms and Conditions, though any legitimate Real Money balance will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to tg774.
